ENGAGMENT TOOL
This is a great tool to engage students in reading and writing activties. It allows them to create their own books with illustrations and share them virtually with others.
Class Dojo
MANAGEMENT TOOL
Class Dojo connects families and teachers. It can be used to track behavior and communicate with each other. Students can interact with this progam as well, creating their character and view how they are doing.
ReadWorks
LEARNING TOOL
ReadWorks provides differentiated articles for classroom readers. By reading about the same topic at their level, students can still hold collaborative discussions. ReadWorks also allows students to read and work on understanding at home, sending information directly to the teacher.

TEACHER TOOL
A great teacher resource that allows me to interact with technology and my students. Interactive materials and and the aility to display things on a larger scale make this tool a big help!
Too Noisy
MANAGEMENT TOOL
Too Noisy allows students to self monitor noise levels during independent work, stations, and free play. This allows the teacher to focus on a small group without being interrupted to give noise reminders.

I use this tool to find additional resouces to help students understand and practice the skills that we are learning. Teachers create resources for their classrooms and then make them accessible to others teachers to use.
Starfall
ENGAGMENT TOOL
This a class favorite in the computer lab. It provides interactive, engaging games to build on classroom learning. Students can also review skills and challenge themselves with a more difficult activity. There is a variety of grade levels and subject material, so each student can work on something they are interested in or need practice with.
Classroom Timers
MANAGEMENT TOOL
Interactive large screen timers that help us to manage our time more effectively. We use these timers during rotations, to keep us on schedule, and to help us build our independent writing stamina!
Go Noodle
ENGAGMENT TOOL
We use Go Noodle in the classroom for brain breaks! It has a variety of resources to help us reset, or get some energy out, and practice a new skill with music and movements.
Remind
MANAGEMENT TOOL
Remind is a great, easy way to communicate upcoming events or reminders to families in the school. It can be connected to your email or phone, where information comes to you as a text.
Word Art
ENGAGEMENT TOOL
Word Art allows vocabulary to be introduced and used in new and engaging ways. This is also a fun way to have vocabulary words posted in the room for students to reference later.
Khan Academy
LEARNING TOOL
A FREE online math program that allows students to work at their independent level. Khan also provides videos to help learners with their skills if they need further explanations.
Discovery Education
ENGAGMENT TOOL
Discovery Education allows us to explore the world around us without leaving the classroom through virtual field trip. These explorations encompass many academic subjects as well as social and emotional learning in real world applications!
Storyline Online
LITERACY TOOL
Storyline provides access to a large variety of children's books read aloud. This not only allows student to have more books available to them, but provides them the opportunity to work on their listening skills.
Scholastic
LEARNING TOOL
Scholastic provides many classroom tools. The book club helps to provide books for our classroom library when parents purchase for their child. We also regualrly use Scholastic News, a weekly magazine to enhance our learning and bring the world back into our classroom!
Cosmic Kids Yoga
MANAGEMENT TOOL
A classroom favorite to reset and take a brain break! Themed yoga videos just for kids, takes them through adventures with fun characters and stories while they practice stretching, movment and breathing. This helps calm both body and brain in order to do our best learning!
